Welcome to the Cartmel College Blocks page Blocks are an integral component of your stay at Cartmel College, and act not only as your place of residence for your time here doing your degree, but also as another patriotic identifier to adore!

If you are a little confused as to what Blocks actually are, then we have our “What are Blocks?” guide which you may find useful. In addition, in the coming weeks during Summer Term there will be a sports social arranged challenging each Block to put forward their talented athletes to take part in an inter-block game of Rounders!

Across each of the Block pages listed below and to your right, is information about each of the Blocks and their specific differences, and also some background information to where the name of your Block came from. As each Block is named after an area within close vicinity to the area of Cartmel.
