Hey Cartmel Freshers 2011!!

Due too the fact we don’t yet know what dates we are having, we can’t put anything on here yet, but we can put on what events we will be putting on in the week, we just don’t know when yet! 

Fancy Dress Bar Crawl and Silent Disco night

 Dress up in any C-Themed costume, from crocodiles to cricketers, cats to cavemen you’ve got the lot, then commence the bar crawl where we visit all the bars on campus. We then head back to Cartmel for a Silent Disco, not been to one yet??? Well now’s your chance! We give you a pair of headphones and you choose what music to listen too, with two great channels you can listen to one, whilst your friends listen to another. Plus when you take them off you can still talk and hear at a normal volume!

UV Party in Revs (Vodka Revolutions)

Cartmel’s usual mid week haunt is providing us a night of entertainment, with drinks deals, kareoke and UV madness, this is one not too miss! Break out your white freshers t-shirts and the highlighters, daub yourself in uv paint and give yourself as many neon bangles as you can! Come on down to the JCR where we commence pre Revs fun and then head off for a night you wont want to forget!

Big Night Out

Your introduction to the city of Lancaster, we will visit all the popular bars and clubs in town, guiding you through the city you will call home for the next 3 years or more! Then we head off to the greatses club of them all, the student only SUGARHOUSE, which plays brilliant tunes from indie to hip-hop, drum and bass to the good old fasioned chart and cheese! SUGAR will be your usual destination on a weekend, with drinks deals and a safe atmosphere, you will never not go to the SUGARHOUSE and be amongst people you don’t know, plus Cartmel has carved it’s own area out! Cartmel Corner!

These only 3 out of 8 brilliant nights we have planned, so keep your eyes peeled as we release more!
